Perhaps better known around Hip-Hop’s inner-circle as “Photo Rob,” Mayer’s work has appeared in The New York Times, Rolling Stone, Harvard Magazine, XXL, and People, among other publications. He has taken iconic shots of Hip-Hop stars JAY-Z, Nas, and Sean Price, as well as celebrity portraits of Bill Hader, Aisha Tyler, and Chrissy Teigen. From years of street photography throughout New York City, one of Rob’s pieces appears as a mural at the National 9/11 Museum.
